30 Day Health Challenge
My quest is to help my patients not only get out of pain but help them improve their overall health and wellbeing. I frequently see my patients struggling to make real changes to their health. This is one of the reasons I wrote my book; Back Pain: More Than A Symptom. In my book I talk about the 5 fundamental keys to health. It is these fundamental keys we will be using during the 30 day challenge.
I am going to walk you through a step by step process on how to make some changes to your normal routine to help improve you overall health and more importantly your quality of life. Through video, emails and materials to download we are going to remove as many obstacles as we can in an effort to make some real changes. In this program, I will provide video tutorials on how to prepare your meals to insure success along with daily videos to help you stay focused and on track. I am going to be doing this 30 day challenge with you as well. I am hoping that by the end of this program you will not only have gain knowledge on some healthy habits but you will also gain a bit of empowerment knowing that you can do this!!
